Using Feather Journal
Feather Journal is a personal birding journal and life list. You need an account to record sightings. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your content
Your sightings, notes and photos remain yours. By making an entry public you grant us permission to display it on your public page. Making it private again removes it from public view.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and do not use Feather Journal to harass others or to expose the locations of sensitive or at-risk species.
Identification results
Identification suggestions are provided as an aid and may be wrong. You are responsible for confirming what you saw before recording it. Do not rely on suggestions for scientific, legal or conservation purposes.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your records safe, but we provide it as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we do, we'll give you a way to export your records.
