REMARK. — Included in the Burkina Faso checklist by Dowsett (1993), and later reported as very rare for Nazinga (Portier 2002 c) and one unsubstantiated record from Bobo-Dioulasso in 2004 (GBIF 2020). Two individuals were mist-netted in the extreme south of Burkina Faso at Le Copalier, Comoé-Léraba classified forest, 9 ° 45 ’ 37 ” N, 4 ° 35 ’ 49 ” W in 2011 and 2012. The status of the species in Burkina Faso needs further assessment.
